Fooled around with some dense foam sheets I bought at Lowes....not going to work too well. Then got the idea to build out the opening with cardbaord, then heavy foil tape, then mold shape with clay. Will then do a 3-4 BID layup on clay mold. Ran out of clay, so only got left side done
Right side is taped up and ready for clay. Will take some doing to get both sides balanced out visually.
Wet down the clay and covered with saran wrap to keep moist until next session.
