Brief Description: modify hinge for trim tab

Not happy with the tightness of the hinge pin and the difficulty of getting it in out out. Caused by the mis-alignment after the close-out. Decided to modify the hinge tab by taking out two sections of the hinge holes. Will leave me with a three section hinge... no single point of failure. If this doesn't work satisfactorily, I will consider getting a replacement elevator/trim tab and starting over. In hind sight, I wish I would have screwed in the tab hinges, rather than floxing them in as the manual indicates. Will work on the hinge pin next session.
