Brief Description:  continuing fitting cowl

Cowling is about 4" short. I think Arion is trimming cowl to a very close fit versus leaving it long for the builder to trim up. I wish they had left it alone. Sat there and brainstormed how to make this work. Decided to do a lay up, prob 4-6 BID total. Going to use forward part of the fuselage to be the form for the layup. Shape is just about the same as the cowling. Will do 3-4 BID on top and through the joggle, then bond to underside of cowling. Then add 2-3 BID to underside for strength. Might add 1 BID across top after filling gap to try to prevent cranks.

Will need a new spinner backplate and likely the spinner too. Bolt hole pattern and radius is different. Will verify what bolt pattern I have and what bolt pattern the Sensenich pattern is and go from there.
