What should have been a 5/8" hole in the upper and lower rudder brackets wasn't even close. Thought is was the powder coating at first, but it was more than that. took my time and opened each hole up, set bearing, then peened and super glued in place. Will capture each bearing with AN4 flat washers when mounted, just in case. Lots of trial and error and fitting
