Brief Description: fitted up rudder pedal rod and bushings
Sanded off excess powder coat inside of rudder pedals to accept nylon bushings. Took LPS and a hammer/block to seat the bushings. They won't come out!
Aligned left and right bracket using the 1" rudder pedal tube. Noted amount of adjustment needed. Shimmed with 1/2 of a 960L thin washer on forward side of each rail. Probably could of gotten away with just floxing in the bushing to the support rail, but wanted to be sure. Much easier to adjust before floxed in.
Super glued in place then floxed in.
Manual is non-existent in this area. Studied pics in various chapters to figure it all out. I think I am on the right track.
