Brief Description: cut, fit, match drill for nutplates

drilled and countersunk all holes for screws and nutplates. Did not have my rivit squeezer with me so could not fininsh. Super-glued -5 flat washer to HS fwd hard point for spacing. Both sides. #27 holes for -6 screws and #39 screws for nutplate rivits
