Brief Description: Right wing tank prep

Attached plate nuts to z-brackets. Discovered that the platenut rivet hole on z-bracket #2 is too dang close to the edge of the bracket. I guess I have to rebuild that one. Attach platenuts to the end-cap attachment plate.
