Cut angle to approx size. Trace shape onto t905L. Cut the side facing the rib on t905L so that it can be used as a patter for t905r. Copied t905L to t905r and cut the rib side. Shaped the rib side to fit into the rib nose on the inboard side for t905r. Rough cut the fuselage attach side. Broke a bandsaw blade so called it a day.
