Slowly finished the bend on the trailing edge with the bender I put together. I was able to get about 90% of the bend with the bender. The radius still seemed a bit big. I saw where other builders used a hand seemer to tighten the radius. I have had a seemer for about 15 years and never found an actual use for it until now. I used duct tape on the faces of the seemer to smooth the edges. I cleco'd in the spar and end ribs. I then gently squeezed the length of the trailing edge several times to get what looks pretty close to what is pictured in the book. I am sure there are better ones out there, but I'm pretty happy with the end result. The top and bottom end of the trailing edge is "pinched" slightly, but cannot not be seen without a straight edge. Once the ribs are in place as well as the end caps, it shouldn't be noticeable at all.
