Brief Description: H Stab Front spar - Drilling H Stab
Layed out ribs. Marked and drilled upper and lower holes for right and left 405 fwd attach flange. Layed out and drilled to holes in right and left 404 rib aft attach flange. Cleco'd 702, 708 and 706 left side ribs in place to front and rear spar. All rib attach holes sized to # 30. I am leaving the holes for attaching rib 708 at #30 for now. I will wait to see if I can install solid rivits instead of the blind rivits. Cleco'd right side 801 skin in place. Marked centerline on left 404 and 405 skin attach flanges and clamped into place. Back drilled 404 and 405 skin attach flanges. Back drilled 404 and 405 attach flanges thru fwd spar. Back drilled fwd spar top and bottom skin attach flange inboard of center rib. Removed 801 skin and picked up remaining outboard holes of 810 and 814 thru the fwd spar. Repeated steps for right side.
