Brief Description: Added Hole to Left Bottom Forward Skin
Noticed on forward rib L3 that the hole drilled for the bottom skin closest to the forward spar was too close to the edge of the rib. This happened because the L3 rib was slightly "crooked" when I was transfer drilling the bottom skin to the L3 rib. I fabricated a backing plate to reinforce the area around the hole that is too close to the edge of the rib. I also added a hole between the bottom 2 holes (2 holes closest to the main spar) on the L3 rib. I first marked this hole on the skin and then drilled it #40. I clecoed the skin and the L3 rib and transfer drilled #40 and then #30 into the L3 rib. This hole will provide extra strength. Note that some of the forward ribs already have a hole in this location and some do not.
