Fabricated the VS Tip Fairing from the vacuum-formed raw material. Trimmed the fairing at the scribe lines. Drilled the VS skin to the fairing (#30) and clecoed. Verified that the tip bulkhead was 90 degrees to the top rib and marked the edge of the tip bulkhead on the inside of the tip fairing. Removed the tip fairing from the VS and trimmed the aft end of the tip fairing to the marked line.
