Brief Description: Deburred and Cleco'ed Rudder Frame
Before I transfer drilled the holes, I verified that the rudder ribs were "flat" and the flanges were square. I needed to use my Fluting Pliers to make adjustments in the rib edges so that they would "lie flat" on the worktable. The rudder spar was perfect and required no adjustment.
Once all the parts were verified and adjusted as necessary to be flat and square, I transfer drilled, deburred (with Burraway tool) and Cleco'ed the rudder frame. Frame is now ready for priming.
