Brief Description: Set bulkhead to bottom skin (20-03)
Clamped the skin to the bulk head, and then attached it to the bottom skin for alignment. I split the two benches apart so I could clecoe the bottom skin on. I rested the assembly on some 2x4's and re-clamped so it would be centered. As per the video training guide, once I had 50% of the holes drilled I pulled everything apart and laid it flat for easier drilling. The aluminum bulkhead is fairly thick, so I end up having to pull the drill bit out several times to clean the flutes out. It's a lot of holes, but just keep plugging away.
