Installing the AP knob modules I did some trial fits to find the pinch points and file down those areas. Once they fit smoothly I went ahead and counter sunk the rivet holes. I did this with the counter sink bit in the electric screw driver to make sure I didn’t go too deep with the counter sink. I cut a little then try the rivet, then cut a little more until it fits smoothly for each rivet. I didn’t trust the micro cage tool to get the right depth when it’s so close to the edge and on the front side of the panel. Next I primed the back side and attached the nut plates.
