Step 18: Prepped the hinge brackets parts for assembly. It doesn’t state which direction the AN470 rivets should face, but after looking at some other builders it looks like most are putting the head in the inboard side, for visual appearance, although once I get the stabilator on I’m not sure anyone can see. I scuffed the washer and bracket to super glue on the washer.
