Brief Description: HS Front Spar Service Bulletin (SB 18-02-02) log
After the holes were drilled for the doubler and through the horn I dismantled everything, deburred inside and out and tried to suck up as much as I could with the vacuum. Installing the doubler was a little challenging with the 426 rivets being pretty close to the center of the horn. It was hard to get the squeezer in close enough to cover the head of the 426 rivets. I messed up my first attempt, so I had to drill it out…after that I put on some large diameter dies into the squeezer and that seemed to work well.
