I did a dry fit to see how easily the oil cooler would fit into the box and it was really tight. I figured it would be real challenging once the RTV was added to get it together, so I shaved off a couple high spots in the tight areas. Then I applied the RTV and pushed the oil cooler in place. Of course it was just at this time that Rainbow Aviation called to answer some of my questions on an upcoming repairman class. While talking on speaker phone I finished up the rivets and added some RTV to the tabs. Finally I added just over 20 lbs. of weight and will let it set up overnight.
