I got the MS20257C4-4 (8.5” stainless steel hinge) replacement today. I had to call it in, since it doesn’t show up on the online parts ordering site. I only needed one side of the hinge, but I figure this will give me another 2 chances to get it right. This time I clamped the hinge on to the bracket with 4 cleco clamps and rigged up a way to hold it securely and line up a short #30 drill bit in the drill press. I then, very carefully drilled each hole into the steel hinge. This seemed to work well.
