Brief Description:  Prepare bridge for carb to drip tray (46-06)

Well after reading through the instructions where I was supposed to put a dollop of fuel tank sealant on the drip tray to bridge the gap between the drip tray and the carb, I realized this was a huge gap (greater than .25"). I thought, there is no way I can add enough fuel tank sealant to bridge that gap without making a huge pile...even if I let it harden for a while. So I came up with an alternate method. I hope it works. I found some scrap aluminum tubing (3/8") and used it as a mold to create a fuel tank sealant cylinder. If this works, all I have to do is cut it to size and mix up another batch and attach it to the tray.
I covered the inside and outside with a couple coats of mold release, taped up one end and then filled the tube with fuel tank sealant. Now once this sets up I should be able to just cut the tube in half and I should have a cylinder of fuel tank sealant, ready to install.
