I managed to get everything wired together. The ES DIODE MASTER along with the insulated boots was a tight stretch. Plus the Master Relay (WHT/ORN) wire was going the opposite direction so it doesn't really keep it very neat looking. It would have been better to have a little more wire or a insulated boot with two openings. Also I had to crimp on a ES 324082 ring terminal onto the WH-P157, which was challenging. The ES 324082 ring terminal was huge and even though it was red I had to use the large clamp (yellow) to get it into the crimp tool, and even then it was too short. I managed, but it took some effort. Next step is the section 46 Engine Installation.
