While I was in the plane, I tried to install the 3D complex bent tube and quickly realized that I was not going to be able to install it though the Adel clamp, so I had to remove the Adel clamp and slide it on the tube first. After that I installed everything and had Cyndi mark the end of the tube to cut the 45 deg angle. Then I removed it, made the cut, and then re-installed. Then I tried to slide in the snap bushing...no go. I had to remove the tube, then slide in the snap bushing, the re-install the tubing again. It's best to wait until you get done before RTV the end of the clear tube. Also you can easily adjust the amount it sticks out with a little tweak of the tube assembly. Now that the tubes are all installed, it’s time to install the tank...but wait, what about all the access panels...don't they need to be install first. Turns out I never received the back baggage floor cover. In fact I don't know what the part number is, so I have a request into Vans.
