I installed the pre-built fuel tank in order to get the fuel neck in the right position. It took a little while to bend the flange to get the best fit. The best tool to bend was a crescent wrench with a towel in the jaws to keep from messing up the paint. Once I got it in the right position I marked the holes, drilled then clecoed as I went.
