Before I get to the engine I wanted to make sure the canopy is fitting better. I added some resin/flox mixture in front of the pivot bolt and then sanded it down to fit. I was able to reduce the spacers from 3 washers down to 2. I'll continue to work on it to see if I can get it even closer. For now, it seems to be working fine. I went ahead and purchased another set of struts since mine was making an awful sound when raised, but it seems to be better now. I'll hold off to install at a later time.
