Brief Description: Looked at some good and not so good canopy work
I found some exceptional work and some not so. Obviously the experience from Vans has paid off and all there canopy's look great. I'm still working on it, but it's probably one of those things you just have to say that’s good enough and stop messing with it.
I also looked at some other features to get a "feels good" that I had set up my controls correctly. All the controls I played with looks like it matches with what I have in terms of flaperon, elevator and rudder movement. I also checked to make sure the other RV-12's had the 1/8" flaperon droop that was defined in the manual...and they do.
So I'm feeling more confident.
I also talked to a couple Van's people and they agreed that I could proceed with the engine kit and follow later with the avionics. So I took the plunge and the engine should be here in a couple weeks.
