Brief Description:  Canopy guide blocks (34-12)

After crashing down the canopy on the roll bar, I decided to install the guide blocks to reduce the risk of doing it again. I used the drill press to drill a #30 hole, and then follow that with the #19 with just the hand drill...which seemed to work nicely. I used the micro counter sink tool to get the right depth for the screws. The directions say to radius first, then counter sink. I tried it both ways and I think it worked better to counter sink first (while the surface is flat, then add the radius. I ended up using the dremmel with a fine grit drum sander to put in the radius (started with a chamfer, then finished it off to a radius). It still looks a little rough, but I couldn't think of a better technique to get the radius on...unless I had a milling machine or fancy router....which I don't. After getting the blocks installed and trying the canopy, I had to do some additional whittling to get it to clear the screws on the corners of the canopy (the ones we had to cut off the extra threads).
