I finished attaching the canopy to the frame and the skirts. There is a slight budge on the left side from the weld bead on the frame, but it's much worse on the right side. I'm thinking of drilling it out and trying to slide in a washer or some type of spacer. The instructions didn't say to file down the weld beads, so I was concerned that it would take away the strength of the weld. Now I have to deal with a little bit of a wrinkle in the skirt in that area. I'll take a look at some RV-12 this year at Oshkosh to see what they did. I also completed the rivets across the front bow. It seemed to work out well and there were no cracks, so that is always good. I used the hand puller to maintain some control. I used my deburr tool to create all the countersinks and they turned out really smooth.
