So I pulled off the canopy and trimmed the edges for fit (fwd edge and sides, then sanded all edges (except aft edge with 120 then 400 grit. I re did the fwd bow tape and replace the canopy. I positioned it aft in the upper handle hole and remarked the line on the fwd edge. I then removed the canopy again and pre drilled the holes into the fwd bow. I then replace the canopy checked all the fits (except aft side) and taped it down. I then used the plexi-glass bit to drill through the canopy and final size the front bow holes. As nervous as I was about drilling through plexi-glass, this went really well...even into the aluminum (because of the #40 starter hole). I also went ahead and drilled/clecoed the aft bow holes. Somewhere along the way it must have moved, because now the fwd edge is too close and the aft edge is farther away from aft window then I would have liked. It will have to do, but it will bother me until the next issue...probably fiberglass.
