Brief Description:  fix bolt orientation for flight control (32-05)

I was moving the stick around the other day, which is typical anytime I reach into the plane...just fascinated to see both control sticks move in harmony and I also check the aileron to make sure it still rotates correctly...like I would expect it to change if I don't test it out periodically. This day I was moving it and I noticed/felt something rubbing. I was thinking maybe some of the linkage or rod ends is contacting or rubbing against the cover for the wires or even worse the fuel lines, but there was no sign of contact. My next though was, since it only happens at extreme positions is that once the horizontal stabilizer (HS) is connected that the movement will be limited and become a non-issue. So I pulled the plane out into the driveway and turned it around so I could go in nose first and this would give me more room to attach the HS. I needed to do this anyway in order to work on the canopy). Well after that was complete I looked a little closer and realized the end of the bolt was making contact...after checking the manual, I realized I had installed them the wrong way. This is the joint with the two washers that get sandwiched in between, so I ended up have to glue them again and twist my hand back in to get it fixed. Now it works fine. I'll save the HS for another day. The controls are now working fine.
