This was going to be a fairly warm week for January, so I decided to keep the garage warm and do some work on the windows. Before I fit the canopy I need to complete the aft window to see where is will line up . With Cyndi's help we were able to get the window in place and it already had #40 holes drilled into the window so it was just a matter getting the clecos in place, then drilling and tapping the holes in the roll bar. It was nice to see the window in place. I received some plexi-glass drill bits from McMaster-Carr and they seemed to work great on final sizing the aft window holes. I'm not ready to permanently install the window at this point, but the holes are finished...although I need to chamfer the holes and sand/polish the window edges.
