Per NOTIFICATION 16-11-04, I updated the canopy struts. The hole ends of the struts need to be final sized to 17/64", well of course I don't have that size...so a trip to Home Depot and...of course they don't have it either, except in a large kit of drill bits. I got the large kit, but just went with a 1/4" and the bushing seemed to fit just fine...so I can return my purchase. The other side required 3/8"...really, that's a huge hole. I centered up the hole in the drill press using a 15/64 drill bit then switched to the 3/8". It worked fine, but there's sure not a lot of meat left on what left. The original struts had plastic ends and the new ones look like steel, so it should be enough.
I also recieved a replacement connector for the one I broke putting the wings on.
final size strut holes 1/4" (or 17/64")
Final size 3/8"...pretty big hole, with not much meat left over
