While I had the wings on I set the toque arms in place and drilled the #30 holes on the top of the arms. I had the .125 shims in place to give the flaperon a little droop and the .063 shim to space out the torque arm. Then I pulled everything off and final sized all the holes to #12, then put it all back together. Left side complete.
Additional info: I received a reply from, Vans on the damaged skin and it was suggested to go ahead and blend out the damage and this would provide some added clearance to keep the rivets from snagging or bending the skin again.
