I said this before; each turn of the page lets me know about some other tool or lube that I don't have, but need. I skipped ahead a couple pages to install the front gear, but I realized I don't have a 5/16-24 tap, nor do they sell them in any hardware stores (5/16-18, yes, but not 5/16-24). So I put in another order on the web and 2 more days delay. I also don't have a spring scale, but I was able to find a fish scale that should work just fine to set the front wheel swivel. I went ahead without the tap, since I should be able to take care of that later (Christmas Eve). Other than that everything fit well and I'm just about ready to set it down on the wheels....exciting stuff.
