I final sized the engine mount holes to 3/8". I thought I would be clever and start with an intermediate drill size (1/4"), then go to the 3/8". The smaller hole worked fine, but the 3/8" really wanted to dig in and grab the sheet metal. I was able to get it to work, but a better option would have been to use the step drill...plus is helps deburr the edges as well. Next I checked the alignment and it was perfect so I tightened everything down. In order to get the castles to line up with the hole I had to go to the max torque recommendation (190 in/lbs).
