Completed notification 15-09-15. This was already included with tis kit, but there are some features and additions that are left out of the manual including drilling the additional holes for the bolts of the switch plate and adding the additional rivet on top through the arm rest. It took a while to get the switch plate installed with the right amount of washers. I think I used 5 thin washers. It's a tight space and you need about 3 hands. Anyway its done.
