Brief Description:  Attach Fwd Upper Fusalge skin (29A-06)

I final sized all the holes, deburred the edges and dimpled per the instructions. I added a little curvature to the fwd edge, but I don’t think it needs much…the instructions don’t specify how much except that it should fit nicely, which it did. I primed the inside surface and once it was dry I applied a very generous layer of boelube (as per the instructions). Next I applied a very small bead of Permatex silicone sealant, just as instructed. Then, with the help of my wife, Cyndi and Stephen (now 18 yrs old and about to leave for a mission in Toronto, CA), we laid down the fwd skin and I clecoed it in place. Then came back and screwed it all together. Everything fit nicely, so I continued on to attach the panel strips. Many rivets and plate nuts later it is all together. Of course I couldn’t pass up on the opportunity to see what it looked like with the instrument panels in place. I like it, now I just need $$,$$$ for some instruments (the second most expensive kit).
