Brief Description: Attach doubler and bracket to canopy ribs (29A-05)
It's been awhile since I've had time to work on the plane. My paying job is gotten really busy as we ramp up on production of our new engine program (LEAP-1A for the Airbus Neo and LEAP-1B for the Boeing 737 MAX).
After letting the paint dry for a week (plus) I went ahead an riveted the doubler and attach angle to the canopy rib. Everything lined up nicely. I painted the interior of the instrumentation area with a grey high temp rattle can paint from AutoZone. It seems durable as I expect to be tinkering in this area from time to time, even after the plane is up and running. The outside areas I left up painted, since the will get painted with the exterior.
