Brief Description: Completed fuel tank return line (28-06)
Round 2 of the fuel tank return line went much better. I’m still using the original supplied line and was able to adjust the bend points so that it line up with the drawing. Remember back in round one I didn’t notice until after I made the bends the Parker bend tool creates a sharper bend then what is laid out in the drawings. The only thing I forgot to account for was the bend on the 3/8” fuel line was shifted a small amount since I could get the first 90 deg as close to the flange as noted in the drawing. I was able to make it work by shifting the return line over top the 3/8 fuel line, so it still fit in nicely. With a little bit of adjustment by hand I was able to position the fuel tank ends per the drawing dimensions. It will fit better once the tank is installed. I’ll hold off on tightening all these joint until the tank is ready to install.
