Pretty straight forward process to assemble the vent doors. It's a very basic mechanism. It takes a little while to deburr all the parts, so I just started with the left side. Then came back and deburred and assembled the right side. I've been using the dremmel lately to separate all the pieces, since it doesn't distort the metal like tin snips do and also since I don't have a band saw, but he dremmel cut-off wheel works good and I can get fairly close to the finished edge, without a lot of material to remove with the file.
