Spent most of this week, an hour here or there, trying to finish up drilling all the holes into the longerons. Everything lined up nicely, just needed to keep working at it. The only issue I ran into was drilling the holes through the roll bar plate into the longeron. I forgot about the flange off the bulk head upright (F-1204F). You need to make sure those holes are lined up as you break through the longeron. I think the best way to handle this is to put a drill stop on the drill bit and slide in a thin piece of steel. Then once the hole is drilled through the longeron, and then you can cleco in place. Just a way to prevent any damage to the flange incase the holes don't line up exactly.
