I spent a little more time adjusting the flare end on the longeron. After reading some posts about it, I noticed everyone was targeting a smooth transition from 90 deg to 95.4 at the end, where I had targeted 95.4 the whole way and smoothish transition back to 90 deg within the last few inches. So I spent some time taking out the flare and smoothing out the transition more. Next I spent some time deburring and prepping the next several pieces for the side skeleton. Not too big a deal, just needed to think about what surfaces would need to be primed and which surfaces I should leave bare. Also notice the the LP-5 rivets don't leave much to gap onto for the 8 places on the F-1203G bulkhead side channels. I don't have anything longer, so I'll stick with the plans.
