I measured the length of angle to cut and used a hack saw to cut to length. Then used my dremmel cut-off wheel to cut the angles. I also started the #30 holes with a #40 size then came back and final sized to #30. Then clecoed it in place to final drill the nut plate holes. After deburr and polish, I primed and attached the bracket. Everything lined up great.
