Brief Description: Adding Shelf and Stiffners (22-03)
Ok this is my first time messing with the pro seal fuel tank sealant and it was very sticky, but I used the plunger which was about to expire anyway, so mixing was pretty straight forward. Then I applied just a very thin layer so it wouldn't ooze out all over the place. It seemed to work very well, but I think I ruined a few clecos in the process. It does take forever to set up.
Deburred all parts, primed teh stiffners and attached to shelf
Applied a thin layer (real thin) and attached shelf
A little squeezed out, but not as bad as I thought
