Separated, and countersunk the rivet holes, then deburred and primed the nut plate brackets prior to riveting. Once the nut plates were riveted, then I used a AN4-5A and a clamp to hold in place until I got one hole drilled. Once that was drilled then I used a cleco to hold in place to drill the other hole. This worked well for the wide angles. See next post for the narrow angles.
