Clecoed the step angles in place and final drilled all #30 holes as well as the 2 lower 1/4" holes. Once that was complete I used the AN4-14A to position the step and rotated it until the corner was right at the lower tangency point of the bulk head flange. I then used the 1/4" drill bit to mark the center through the step and twisting it by hand. I then removed the step and drilled the hole with #40, followed by #30, then finally a 1/4" drill bit. It seemed to work fine and the steps fit nicely. I would have had to push the corner passed the flange slightly to get them to sit horizontal, but it was really close so I pushed it as high as I could. Turned out nice, now I get to pull everything apart and deburr. I don't plan on installing the steps or adding the pro-seal at this time.
