A little tedious, but it's all done. As I told my son Scott...this is the fun part, where I start putting stuff together. I ended up just taking the reamer to each hole just to make sure the rivet would fit nicely. Then I would hit each hole lightly with the deburr tool, then slide in he rivet. A couple spots around the bulk head had interference with the plastic grommets. I was able to push all but one grommet out of the way in order to get the rivet set. One towards the front had to wait until I flipped the assembly over. Overall it went well and I happy to see some more progress.
