Brief Description: Attaching seat ramp floors (21-13)

No issues with the seat ramps. I've making sure to use my steel spacer when setting the CS4-4 rivets to keep them smooth and flush.

Added seat ramps.

Needed to apply some pressure to get the flange to lay flat prior to setting the rivets

Nut plates added.
