Brief Description: Prepare and assembly flaperon ribs (18-05)
Spent most of the day deburring ribs and skins. For the ribs I started with the 2" deburr wheel in the drill press and cleaned up all the edges. I've worn a little groove in the wheel and that works great to clean up the end very edge and radius the side of the edge as well. Then I follow up with final drilling all the holes and deburr each hole *except for the inside of the 4 holes close to the tip. Finally I use the scotchbrite ball in the drill press to give everything a final smoothing. Then it's ready for prime. I also prepared the nose skins and trail edge skins.
