Brief Description: Assembled inbd nose rib & hinge bracket (18-04)
Deburred the A-1208 brackets, final sized the holes, deburred the holes, primed and riveted the bracket. Steps 4-7 call for setting the right spacing for the actuation bracket, but all the holes are predrilled in the A-1203 spar and the A-1207L actuation bracket, so once it was deburred and primed I riveted in place. Make sure to only rivet the outboard set of holes on the A-1207L actuation bracket. Also the radius to the flange forces you to put the rivet head on the underside of the spar. The back side head on my rivet squeezer is still larger than the rivet and just gouges into the radius slightly, so I came back and blended the area smooth to minimize the stress Kt and repainted.
