Brief Description: Right Wing Service Bulletin (SB 14-11-03)
Like several others, when I installed the BSPQ-5-4 rivets the mandrel snapped off proud of the rivet head, so I had to go back and file down the mandrel to be flush with the head. I used the dremmel to get it close then a combination of different files to get it level. Then I came back with 220 grit then 440 grit sandpaper to smooth out the rivet head. I was careful not to scratch the rivet head or doubler by covering the surrounding areas with masking tape. One down one to go.
